  Government should build her own cement plant, and sell at a farily lower price to bring in competition. If not, government must look at all the variables in production that result in the huge price; import duties, taxes, electricity and other utilities.
  Pushing would only endanger thr poor Ghanaian employee, for manufacturers would cut down on labour and/reduce salaries and entitlements as these are within their control.
  This is a tactic in coercing cement manufacturers to meet behind close doors with fat envelopes for the elections. Nothing shall come.oy of it
