Yet same system in the petroleum sector is not detrimental to Ghana's economy. Nonsense.

Mr Minister, go ahead and lay the bill in parliament for the sake of the population. Forget about the selfishness of the cement companies and their supporters.

Import licenses should be given out to bring in more cements. The value is the same (local manufacturing vs imports)
