New taxes don’t help Africa Nations,like Ghana will not still borrow monies.
So more taxes and borrowing are the only way out?
How about reducing the size of government and appointees benefits; rearrange the existing resources to create value. This is what happens when accountability, transparency, and fairness is absent.
In Ghana we borrow more and tax more!!

Hmmm, they never want to listen to us, because the borrowing helps them steal more, and put more debt burden on the nation. That's why we are not developing.

Borrowing to do things that can bring in needed money for more infrastructures for economic growth is hood but in Africa the money borrowed does not bring in any great revenue or help in exporting value added products.
