Every Upgrade I hear this government do is FOR GOVERMENT INSTITUTIONS more than for citizens!!!

Obviously THIS current government is only Law oriented and Taxes...more taxes...court upgrades,law enforcement upgrades,filling jails,and adding real estates for government workers!! WHEN ARE THEY GONNA DO SOMETHING PURELY FOR THE CITIZENS??? ANYWAY it's to late now
