He is making these promises out of propaganda. Is it not this NDC people making noises that Dr Bawumia is diverted from the economy to digitalization? Has NDC has now seen the benefits of digitalization and would create $3m worth of digital jobs? They can't do it. It's a big Lie. Someone should tell JM that he has only 4 years.
