  This claim is gibberish. Who makes decision with NaSIA or GES or even the Ministry of Education before they establish it build their school's? But once they are established, all these institutions come to play and needs to be recognised. So saying SSNIT does not need to make decisions with TUC before investments is true, but what about after? I believe it's about time we do real accountability before and after our leaders are installed into positions.
