  Yes yes. In 2016, JM revived the Tema oil refinery and they were making profit. This cartel supported and financed the opposition NPP to win against NDC. They then dragged gurus of NPP into oil importation business so they didn't give TOR attention leading to its collapse. Our government in Africa have little control over our economy. Democracy is a mechanism for these cartels and western government to easily change regimes to manipulate us. That's why Nkrumah proposed one party state.
