  1. Fast track hiring more eductated, professional diasporians from USA, UK, Europe and Canada.
  
  2. Immigration preference given to all foriegn professionals, Phd holders.
  
  3. Government sponsored Adult Literacy Programs in all the regions with emphasis on reading and writing.
  
  4. Switch to 16 hour per day work, like China, India, in all factories to boost GDP growth.
  
  5. Need for population growth for domestic consumption. Increase in professional immigrants.
  
  6. Grow population to 100 million by 2060 to boost GDP growth.

  Seidu you still persist in maligning people without basis. GN S&L rightly states that they have pursued a legal course, not so? Indeed they were in court with BoG, not so? Would you therefore please averse your self of that ruling? If GN S&L says BoG's account is inaccurate why don't they take BoG back to court? Why is it courting public opinion? GN S&L says it's APPEALED to Nana Addo and Bawumia and yet in the same breadth villifying their administration inclusive of Ken Ofori Atta for collapsing his bank. Why did GNB/S&L lend 7.1bn to government and impair its capital ratio. How can a bank which has rendered itself insolvent be allowed to operate? Does Act 930 allow debt owed to a bank to be factored into its capital inadequacy and be allowed to continue operating when it can meets it depositors requirements? Do all of the above add up and make sense
