I will suggest that any such equity granted to the chiefs should be monitored to ensure that at least 80% of the money should be spent on projects to benefit the whole community and not for the personal comfort of the chiefs.

Right now, you can't even tell Ghanaians what has become of the monies the government obtains through mineral deals.
