Why would you have to hold onto a Cork, if you are wearing a life vest? It is obvious that not all, if any at all, were wearing life vests. That's the usual "smarter than the manufacturers" Ghana way of doing things.

You can now understand some of the reasons which showed that the NPP is a failure. Since they came to power they allowed the Chinese to fish in our seas with no benefits to Ghanaians. See the high cost of fish and other foods ...
