    They change duties everyday based on the US DOLLAR RATE. WHY WONT EVERYONE LIE IN THIS COUNTRY WHEN YOU HAVE A STATE AGENCY DENYING SUCH AN OPEN TRUTH?

    GRA is talking rubbish.If they calculate the value and CIF in dollars and convert them to cedis then ofcourse customs duties are charged in dollars.
