    Until the ECG invests in the technology to monitor the consumption of power, the stealing will of power will not stop.

    Almost every room in the Zongo communities around the country is fitted with an air condition, the ECG can vehemently cover up some huge amount of revenue if they're bold enough to investigate these Zongo communities.

    May be the ECG should ask the free loaders, the President, the Vice and all the government officials who doesn’t pay for any electricity used to start paying their fair share. This will help solve the deficit.
