No planning what do you expect? You have knust right there why can't you tap into their brains? Every market has a stall. Each stall had a number. You allocate a stall and a number and you collect monthly rent. Those without stalls must go on a waiting list or you can decide to sell anywhere within the market but know that you too will be charged half the rent as those with stalls. Market management are fools. Your job is to make sure you demarcate retailers, ensure order and probity, provide security to retailers, insurance from fire, rain and also making aure that energy debts are paid. If you dont know how to do this then you must be fired. Who owns the market? Kma? Maybe, it time govt sold the ?arket to a private entity for them to be managed just like the malls are. Truly, thr market management have themselves to blame. Clueless and useless.
