  GUTA ‘s Dr. Joseph Obeng Darko knows, unless he did not complete a course in public administration, that the first policy setting for any government with wisdom and foresight is to not make laws that creates winners and losers in business. VP Dr. Bawumia, a presumed economist, failed when they intentionally bankrupted banks to favor Data bank owned by Ofori-Atta. What professional blue collar trade groups- high and low voltage technicians, plumbers, carpenters, masons, etc. - need in Ghana is licensing schemes for members who pass a nationalized and international certification, a national insurance house where tradesmen can secure insurance bonds for construction contract work that require some level of insurance sureties. NPP governments have run their course; they liars, cheats and thieves who thrive on stealing from government coffers, nepotism, the ignorance of majority NPP voters and the drive to create families that will control wealth in Ghana and by extension the lives of Ghanaians for the foreseeable future.
