Currently, existing banks in Ghana are taking more than 30 percent as interest rates on loans., addition to some outrageous fees . Islamic banking abhors that. Is the Governor really cares about the consumers or the profit of existing banks? As a zongo boy , I don't see any to threat or risk to ghanafour when they are allowed to operate.Though I am not a Moslem but I know Islam is here to stay , why not their banks?
