ECG is not a serious company. So many of its customers need prepaid meters and replacements of their faulty meters and have been going to the ECG offices for them but to date ECG has not been able to satisfy the demands of it ... read full comment

If ECG doesn't give meters to its customers, then how can ECG increase its revenue? In fact, ECG is not a serious company and they should stop disturbing the public that people are doing illegal connections. It's rather the ECG the ECG that's frustrating its customers with its mismanagement and inefficiency.
