What is the essence of deregulation then.This is just to cripple the likes os star oil who have gained competition advantage over time through pricing.NOA don’t allow the market leaders like Goil,total and shell to bully you.Ideally they should have lower prices using the Economy of scale theory yet their prices always high as market leaders.As for the quality argument it neither here nor there since the same standard of fuel is permitted on the Ghanaian market
