  It's good to have selected Ghana at the time where we have one district one dam policy and one tertiary agric student one laptop policy also in place , as signs of encouragement and enhancement to the nations food suppliers. And i am happy that it comes in the time Nana Addo is a president . An evidence that the world has no time for the lazy hands . But i would advocate for the use of underground water pumping machine and electrical generators plus already in use water dams in farming.
