You’re as useless as the average street level vandal, Abena Osei Asare. What applied economic, food security and production theories did the Akufo-Addo government and NPP majority rely on to justify NABCo, planting for food and all other duplication of existing institutions of state? If kenkey selling at Ghc1 was too much under Mahama then what value or return on investment-ROI- has planting of food brought Ghana with kenkey selling at Ghc3? Your NPP government does not and will never understand the value of infrastructure prior to white elephant slogans you guys call policies. The effective tools needed by any wise government to reduce hardship across Ghana must exist to be effective and successful; you do not have storage facilities across districts, regions and the nation neither do you have transportation and distribution centers nor the true database that will give you needed infornation on what crops are available where; you’re a clown Abena Osei Asare.

Good evening Ewura Abena, like my Ga brothers will say food is to the human-tree what water is to a plant or tree planted in the soil. After half a century of independence Ghana is unable to adopt a policy on agriculture, my favourite is that by the late military general Acheampong, but as our way of life will have it, the system can't support it for long.
A beautiful woman like you won't be impressed by a 1 galon argument.
This is my take on Agriculture largely a repetition of what Dr Abu Sakara has been saying all along. Review the Constitution to reflect present realities and future possibility to sum it all up our former president Chairman Rawlings in one of his speeches sternly warned his soldiers to stop harassing farmers transporting their produce from the farmgate(Ghana) to the market square

Looking at food from an existential point of view Ghanaians for their own good should discount promises from all their politicians and take their destiny into their own hands. The line between hunger and cannibalism is very blurred and it seems the sins of the fore-fathers are being visited on the children. One of our revered professors in an interview on one of the int.media networks advised young Africans to take advantage of the food supply chain and build a business for themselves that was i thin some 15years ago i couldn't make sense of it back then but i think i've figured what he was referring to
People won't believe it but Ghana has tertiary institutions which teach agriculture, government agency which are suppose to provide extension services to our farmers and on top of it all a bank was incorporated specially to engage in agriculture business and one only have to check what happened to all these agencies
