  Until we start jailing everyone involved in theft, that’s from the top to the bottom involved then it’s a free for all. Start building huge prisons in the north of the country made from corrugated aluminium sheets with no windows to house these thieves. This is the deterrent we need to start with to curb this free for all mentality we have in our society. Time to be brutal….
