Example the UK often bites far more than it can chew in it's economic activities resulting in a big demand for labour from overseas to the UK. That small island has over a hundred harbours mostly working 24 hours. Some very serious ground needs to be done over years , it's not for every nation since it's not a quick fix or delivery.

Professor Kofi Abrefa Busia call those projects white elephants because according to him and members of his party no one will drive on the Tema Motorway for instance, the Tema Habour is too big that no ship wil duck there.

3) Trade Fair Center was/is beautiful but its economic impact is minimal.

4) State House was good, but I can think of projects that could have been better.
