I thought the banks said their systems are not linked to the Ghana Card database. My request to withdraw money was rejected because my bank claimed my signature on file, signed over 10 years ago, was different from my current one. They refused to use the signature on my Ghana card to verify me.

I went to a bank in Tema, they didn't even ask for my Ghana card but only my fingerprints and a copy of my Ghana card was produced, then I said was God bless those innovators
