    I am not sure you listened to him at the PAC: he said he was asked to hold on ie keep work whilst they sort out his contract issues, so what wrong has he done?

    Those thieves who appointed the GRA boss without a contract will now quickly draft a contract for him and backdate it. Thieves will always be thieves.

    If his engagement hadn't been extended, he wouldn't be paid by the Accountant General; and no one perpetuates himself/herself in employment to be made liable. It's becoming unbecoming of people who know better making very ped ...
