    USING LOCAL RICE FOR SCHOOL FEEDING WILL NOT ONLY HELP OUR BOTTOM LINE BUT WILL HELP LOCAL PRODUCERS AND ALSO HELP CONSERVE FOREIGN RESERVE.THIS IS A GREAT IDEA.
