When I was a little boy, I stayed up late trying to catch a movie, but just before the movie started airing, I fell asleep. I heard my brother waking me up, but I was too sleepy, in fact I heard my family laughing at me, that I had stayed up so long and just when the movie started I was asleep. The funny thing is I suddenly woke up when the movie enmded, and asked them has the movie started,...and they laughed and laughed. It seems like our President suddenly woke up, but the movie is almost over. Too late for a stupid reschuffle!!! He should have done it way back,...apparently our President has been asleep at the wheel!!!

With less than 10 months to go in his government, he should have reshuffled some of these Ministers long ago, starting with the Finance Minister whose record is dismal.
