    Apparently, that piece of land at the old site at 37 has been taken from them and others. The barracks, Police School etc have all been relocated at Kwabenya.
    One doesn't know what that land at 37 will be used for.

    DVLA, passport office, ecg, gwcl and many other state agencies and institutions should be off gov't subvention. this will free up the public purse and even go a long way to reduce the bribery and corrupt inherent within those ...
