Most of the high ranking officials at Ghana's ports are crooks, and have been so for decades. The stolen vehicles in the USA, Canada and Europe are obtained by teams of Ghanaians who are citizens or permanent residents in those countries. Once the vehicles are stolen, they end up in the hands of the local Ghanaian crooks who then have crooked auto mechanic shops replace VIN numbers before shipping them to Ghana. Once in Ghana, a quick market is found for these stolen luxury vehicles through sales to rich sports figures, business women and businessmen, entertainers and sakawa crooks. Many of the stolen vehicles get repainted once in Ghana, but others choose to leave them as is. Read international news, and you'll find Ghanaians in those foreign countries being prosecuted and convicted for engaging in the theft and shipping of these luxury vehicles to Ghana. This is the disgraceful act that sees Ghana's name tarnished daily in foreign countries by the arrest and convictions of these crooked Ghanaians, many of who usually end up serving time in prisons in those countries.

Imagine Ghana as a very small country with a small population. Actually, apart from Nigeria (Which we're beating now hands down in these criminal behaviors), we have bad name in the press in the US more than all the other countries in Africa combined; bad behavior in the US and the UK, romance scams and car theft!

They claim they are able to ship you your vehicle from USA Port and when you pay for your car you never get a bill of lading. So instead stealing cars and sending here they are now using the internet to steal money from Africans people who have no access to the USA.
The FBI and EOCO must look into it because they are stealing money from many people here in Africa and destroying the reputation of USA as a place where fraud is now rampant. The crooks have registered LLC in USA, obtained a bank account at JP Morgan chase and have a website and using all these to defraud people from west Africa who think USA is safe bet to buy imported cars.
