    You promised that we only need to toll the various sections of the road and we will raise the money to build the roads. Why haven't you done that in the last 8 years?

    they cant give old outstanding payments of almost 5 years to ROAD CONTRACTORS AND THEY TALK OF PARTNERSHIP SHEEER NONSENSE AND VERY BAD ATTITUDE OF DUPING CONTRACTORS

    National road construction is not a PPP issue. Bawumiah is a dreamer and knows that Ghanaians will believe anything without questioning it's diligence.
