A stupid policy!!!!!! This National Rental Assistance Scheme should have been set up for graduated doing national service as part of their remuneration of the service. It is impossible to live in a posted place as a national service personnel when at the end of the month you have not been paid. How does one pay for food, rent and transportation to work to complete the assignment of the national service? Do you want female national service personnel to become prostitutes? How do you expect them to pay for their rent, food and transportation to work when they don't receive salaries for three months? That is why the National Rental Assistance would have been better given to the National Service Personnel.
