Ah what was Elevy for? Africa needs its own tax policies to suit our culture. A breadwinner takes care of the whole family, in times of emergencies, he/she comes to the aid of the family. When his child is sick, NHIS barely comes to his aid.The state has already failed the working class. Though the informal sector may not pay much direct taxes, they’re caught in the web of indirect taxes. Let the poor breathe!
