Can't be setting up courts as if the country has the resources to have new courts for different programs. There are courts in the country that can address the issues that you raise. The authorities just have to do their job instead of sitting in their offices and not wanting to bring action against defaulters.

Boss you're on point, when one considers the torturous processes Ghanaians loan applicants undergo before accessing credit, no one would expect what the former ceo of UT bank is pointing to as the cause of the problems the banking sector experienced, he said his bank had accumulated so much bad loans that it took the whole bank under, the state banks have even bigger provisions for bad loans, organically newly formed banks hardly had any bad loans due to their relately newness in the banking business.
The Issue of banking or simply granting access to credit is a very delicate matter because without financing nothing hardly moves and for the youngs who are being confronted with all the stress of finding a job, starting a family and hopefully getting a footing unto the property ladder requires a banking industry and oversight that is progressive.
For the sake of sanity the industry must command the attention of all well meaning Ghanaians
