They simply give a deadline, by which time if you haven't moved, you blame yourself. That is why Abuja is so beautiful. You cant see a kiosk by the roadside in Abuja. Even unapproved mounting of signboards is not allowed. In Ghana here, any two by four church can mount a big sign board anywhere. You won't find that in Abuja.

Its simple, the metro assembly should simply tell the dealers that they won't renew their operating business permits come next year. Find the land at Afienya and let the dealers buy allocated plots for their business. Move all spare parts, garages, and car dealerships to this new yard. It would even create a whole new city with its associated commercial businesses. People will always resist change, but when change becomes a necessary, it has to be done in a tactful way with a bit of appropriate force.
