Waa look at them again, our meter screen is off for more than a year now but ECG continue to serve us estimate bill.
We informed both verbally and written but they careless.

An institution that couldn't honour its debts obligations to GRIDCO, but was able to mobilised enough resources to procure motor bikes for the Ghana Police Service . Tweaaaa.
