    It is not the first private refinery in Ghana. We have Platon Oil and Gas at Tema near TOR and another one off the Motorway near Kasapreko Factory. These have been operating since 2011.

    It's sad we have a refinery that has not been productive over the years and we did nothing to save TOR. Rather we gave credence to foreigners to plunge our oil and setup a refinery.
