The state of the roads worsened compared to what existed before the construction started. Loans taken for road construction went to the drain.

One needs to be mindful of the roads network when considering the stability of the economy. Good travelling from one part of the country to another takes longer to reach their destinations due to the bad conditions of the roads. People travelling to and from their workplaces takes longer therefore less productivity for the economy. The list goes on. Roads are equally vital aspect of a stability of any modern day economy.

Building good roads is the best way to revamp the shattered economy.
Roads network enhance business.
At the same time it boost employment.
I don't understand why these guys are picked for ministerial positions.

Thai guy is speaking as if during their era, they did extraordinary work in roads for Ghanaians, but all they did was a GREEN BOOK to convince Ghanaians that all roads have been completed. What a bummer? Damn shame!
