It's a good idea u categories the 60yrs group as in weak and strong as options of retirement.ssnit contributions will remain the same it want change anything.transfer of experience is also vital but all is down to proper organization and planning of in-service training, supervision, appraisal for staff, target setting and achievement then everyone can leave at 60 to enjoy the rest of their life.life is meant to be enjoyed not working all the time.family also need ur services and help as grandparents, church needs you .we should check our expected life span in Africa.

After recruitment what processes were in place to grow the new workers. Job description policy and procedures. Method statement have all vanished from even archives. Ask those institution and don't wait for disciplinary hearings only to demand those things. Show the new recruit path to growth
