It’s Ofori Atta. They deliberately withheld payments to provoke a liquidity crisis. Then moved to revoke the bank’s license.

The payments due from GoG and its Agencies must be treated as a matter of urgency.
The court in it ruling should have ordered an audit or inquiry into these claims and put it to full-proof.
This ruling is not fair!!!

The court was right and the verdict was very objective. The laws such as the "single obligor limit" are in the Banking Act so if you break it, BoG must take action whether you lent to government or not. Dr. Nduom and his croo ...
