It’s Ofori Atta. They deliberately withheld payments to provoke a liquidity crisis. Then moved to revoke the bank’s license.

Such travesty of justice. But what should we expect from a Nana Addo led government? I hear the judge was promoted to the Court of Appeal. Did she sell her conscience for a seat at the highest court of the land? Is she being considered for the Supreme Court? No wonder Atta Akyea who had been silent suddenly resurrected and is calling for the resignation of the man in white KOA. He has a voice because his twin was working on giving the government the judgment they want. Ghana my motherland. May God save us. Dr. Nduom keep persevering. Discerning people are watching and listening

The payments due from GoG and its Agencies must be treated as a matter of urgency.
The court in it ruling should have ordered an audit or inquiry into these claims and put it to full-proof.
This ruling is not fair!!!

Obviously a new judgement that serves the interest of those who promoted her to the appeals court not so?

How long has this case stayed in the court?
Such a country ruled by pigs and idiots.
Waited until an election year to pronounce the judgment. Wow!
We are supporting your appeal to the Supreme Court.

Yes. Objective because BoG applied the law as it was. Whether Bank A did a similar or worse thing and its license wasn't revoked wasn't the issue. If you are an employee and you know your boss does not like you, you should behave and never do anything to fall in his trap. That's referred to in Management as "managing your manager." With proper Risk Management, you shouldn't push much of your loan portfolio to one sector ("governmental or political sector") even if the perceived risk was low. Poor management to please Dr. Nduom and Mrs. Nduom that Executive Management was up to the task and working hard was another issue which contributed to the failure of the bank.
