Some employees and last year's National Service personnel are still owed their salaries and allowances.
So, deputy minister, which corner did the nation turn? Should we assume that because the IMF has agreed to release $600 million and the World Bank also is going to release $300 million ?
No, Sir. Nobody feels like you feel.
People, including lectures in some universities have fled the country in search of greener pastures.
The salaries and wages are pittance and cannot support decent families.
It is therefore pathetic to hear a minister applauding the non-performance of the government and the ignorance of the finance minister. You should be ashamed of yourself.
