Narh & Okine win

Pittsburg -- Lightweight "Sugar" Ray Narh (10-1, nine KOs), a former Ghana Olympian, was impressive in a first-round technical knockout of Jeff Coyle (4-2-1) before a crowd of 600 Thursday night on Iron City Pro Boxing's Octoberfist card at Heinz Field's Club West.

Narh sent Coyle sprawling against the ropes, then dropped him with a straight right before referee Rick Steigerwald stopped it at 1:31.

Heavyweight Abraham Okine (13-0, seven KOs), another Ghana native now residing in Raccoon Township, won by TKO at 2:31 of the third round over Adam Smith of Girard (2-3) when Smith's corner threw in the towel.

Okine, the IBC Americas champion, added Paul Spadafora manager Al McCauley to his corner as a trainer.
