/ Agent Association.


20TH JUNE 2012
Pursuant to meeting of the Board of the Ghana Boxing Authority and in
conformity with the Press Release for the purpose of convening a Congress you
are hereby notified as follows:

1. To schedule a date
for the official nomination of your National Executives
and their election.

2. To inform the Ghana Boxing Authority
of your schedule date of your election which is to be
supervised by the Ghana Boxing Authority.

3. To officially furnish
the names of your elected Executives.

Please kindly note that this should be fully completed on or before
Friday 31st August 2012 and elected officials must be PAID-UP
LICENSEES of the GBA.
