Mohammed Nuhu Fights in NY Today

Ghana's Mohammed Nuhu square off in a six rounder middleweight clash against Anthony Armstead (USA). This Ring Promotions will be held today at the Park Central New York Hotel in midtown Manhattan.

In the featured bout Andre Eason returns to action with an eight round clash against Michael "Pretty Boy" Melvin. The original main event for March 7, featuring lightweight contender Juan Golo Gomez-Trinidad, was cancelled when a last-minute withdrawal left Gomez-Trinidad without an opponent. A late substitution was offered, but the New York State Athletic commission ruled that the replacement, who was under suspension for an eye injury, was medically unfit at the time the fight was offered. Gomez-Trinidad's original opponent refused to show up for his required tests at the NYSAC on Monday.
