Osumanu Adama prepares to gun down Karmazin October 7

Ghanaian boxer Osumanu Adama hopes to up his case for a crack at a world
title when he takes on former world champ Roman Karmazin in an IBF Middleweight
eliminator on October 7 at the Club Chicago, Burbank, Illinois, USA.
The IBO International Middleweight and USBA
Middleweight champion has told the Ghana-based newspaper exclusively from his US
base that
this is his chance of a lifetime with a long term promotional deal with Oscar
De La Hoya’s Golden Boy Promotions and a world title fight in the pipeline
should he prevail over the 38 year old Russian.

“It’s like a world title fight for me, I’ve been waiting for this opportunity
all my life and this is the chance. If I win this fight, it will open many
doors for me especially as Golden Boy Promotions have promised me a contract
and I will do it,” Adama nicknamed Machine Gun said via phone on Monday.
That is why Osumanu Adama (19-2, 14 KOs) remains unperturbed with
the fact that he is fighting against a former IBF Light Middleweight champion
with a 40-4-2 (26 KOs) massive experience.

“Don’t think about the experience or the record, don’t think about
that. He’s just a boxer with two feet and two fists like myself and for me this
boxing is my life, my everything and I train everyday. I am ready to take this
chance that has been offered me and nothing will stop me.

“I want my fans and all Ghanaians to rest assured that I’m going
to give them victory again as I always do so they should all keep on praying
for me and all will be well,” Osumanu Adama assured.
