Sports Minister to reward Isaac Dogboe

Minister of Youth & Sports Hon. Isaac K. Asiamah was glad watching Isaac Dogboe, as the Ghanaian undefeated boxer put up a magnificent performance at the Bukom Boxing Arena in Accra.

He described Dogboe as a determined and disciplined boxer who have a lot to achieve in the sport.

The Sports Minister said he was overwhelmed by the performance of his countryman and urged him to continue with his good work.

"In the coming weeks you will hear from government. I can promise you that the President would reward Dogboe handsomely for his performance tonight.

“I am so proud of him and all I can say now is that he is so focused, determined and disciplined and that is what every boxer needs to attain greater heights in the country.”
with the win, Dogboe extend his invincibility in the ring to 18 bouts.

The unbeaten hands Juarez a sixth defeat of his career in 26 fights, and Dogboe will be up to challenge the champion, Jessie Magdaleno, by June, upon his return from injury.

In a bout was organised by the Rising Stars Africa Promotions, Hon. Asiamah asked Dogboe to train harder and add Magdaleno to his victims to make him an undisputed champion when they clash later in the year.
