Powers and Banku get gh¢4,000 for preparations

… both promise knockout wins

He noted that they would be fighting in the cruiser weight division in the non-title bout as they as promoters are still talking with the sanctioning bodies to put at stake the Pan African Title or Continental title. “We want to cause a surprise in Ghana by staging the Biggest Fight Ever, we are very much prepared though we no not have sponsors. We welcome any sponsors to support us organize the fight very well, because security would be tight as Bukom Banku has invited the President, HE John Mahama” he said.

According to the promoter, there is a handsome reward for the winner and prayed for a good day and a good fight. He assured boxing fans of other interesting supporting bouts, with massive entertainment.

Then when it got to the time to sign, Bukom asked Powers if he could read the contract and spell CONGRATULATION, Powers got furious and said he is more and better educated so Bukom should rather read the contract to the hearing of everybody, which Bukom did and there was applause.
