Noooooo i think people might have understood Obour,the point Obour is trying to make is that there are rules and regulations in every institution and therefore if VGMA have noticed that shatta wale has done something that is against the institution he think the right thing must be done, VGMA don't have to wait for shatta to pick a form fill it and sent it back to them then they later said they have disqualified him because shatta need to complete some apology.However, the case is in court so why do VGMA even accepted shatta to pick forms in the first place, this is what Obour is saying and he is right.because if u don't like someone u don't even have to allow him/her to come near u.
