Considering the amount of money involved? Well,personally, if I invite u to perform in church and u request for money I will exclude your name from the programme. If truly truly you are a gospel singer, your first priority should be gospel or Evangelism and not money.

It doesn't necessarily means put all the assumed 50 talented together and help at once. No, you start with a small portion or number and they will also assist those behind them in order.

Masa it cost an average GHC 1000-1500 to produce one song. The cost could add up to GHC 5000 if you promote that track widely. How do you expect the gospel musician to offset this cost?
By the way, you come across as someone who will not offer honorarium to musicians for transportation and the band who travel with them.
Please read Mr Mac Abraham comment carefully, if you do you will comprehend it is easier to sustain 100 musician in your church, if you explore multiple revenue streams.
A question for you Kwame? Please clarify what you mean by "If truly truly you are a gospel singer, your first priority should be gospel or Evangelism and not" money and please share examples of evangelism being done at no cost in any part of the world.

The sad thing is, these pastors are getting paid building properties for themselves, riding a big car's and the members are suffering. The pastors in the church of pentecost will tell you all this. You will get your rewards when meet before the throne.
