I would like to STATE THE FACTS ON STAY J’S APPEARANCE ON SUNRISE in my capacity as Assistant Producer & Director of SUNRISE on the said date; 16th of January, 2013 and the inability to play his video on the show.
1. Stay J and his manager DID NOT, PRIOR to the studio appearance provide me with the said video.
2. Stay J and his manager DID NOT, bring the said video to the studio on the day of the interview to serve as back up.
3. I took it upon myself to look around and secure his video. Unfortunately, It turn out unusable as it was on DATA format.
4. There was no agreement Verbally or written between me and Stay J and/or his manager as to the premiering of his Video on SUNRISE and indeed, in the conversations I had with the said manager of Stay J, there was no mention of any video at all.
5. If Stay J and his manager claimed they handed me the said video and money, on, before or after the said date, they should state where, When and Whom they gave the materials and money to so we would know the way forward.
6. I rendered an unqualified apology to Stay J and his manager IMMEDIATELY after SUNRISE. Is he however stating that, I never did this? He should let the whole world know.
