When on talks about NATO and their allies it includes Japan, South Korea, Pakistan, some countries in South America who see the policies of the US and NATO as the best.
The problems in the Sahel were the result of Barack Obama Arab Spring. Some Europeans have now opened the Pandora Box that the issue is about the unity of Africa that NATO and their allies don't want, Africa having a common currency backed by gold and envisaged by Murmur Ghaddafi for which reason he was killed.
So to you NATO that does not want the unity of Africa, formed the terrorist groups in the Sahel, organizing them, arming, providing intelligence together with Ukraine and training are the best for Africa.
