Morocco was the first country to established diplomatic relation with the US. Long before that, Spain had taken tiny enclaves in Morocco. Spain considers these eclaves as it territories. Moroccan nationalists had demandd these eclaves since France gave Morocco full autonomy. The passing of General Franco got Morocco appeased with Spain's colony of Western Sahara. This action got Morocco happy. The control of Western Sahara has been very expensive due to a war for the independence of Western Sahara. The United States and its allies at UN have helped Morocco to hold Western Sahara. I won't be surprise if the Ceuta's mass invasion by Migrants was engineered by foreign governments which do not agree with Spain current goverment to embarassed them.
