  The UN just like The Westerners, have two if not three faces and tongues.
  Poor and bad governance is partly due to the UN in concert with the Westerners under-cutting our governmental moves, especially, the developmental and progressive moves.
  Until we learn to stay away from the Westerners and their destructive institutions like the UN, IMF, World Bank, Euro Bank and others, our governmental institutions will remain weak.
  When a government official loots and steals huge sums of money from us, Africans, and elope to the Westerners, they keep and grant them safe havens, instead of immediately extraditing them back home to face the local laws.
  They continually undercut us, but turns around to say our institutions are weak.
